Dan is CEO of Sunbelt Agency, LLC and has been with the company for over 30 years, lives in Highland Village with his wife, Erika. Dan personally likes to interview each candidate whenever possible, providing honest, factual and trustworthy expectations for new agents. Dan is a 'numbers guy' and provides exceptional data and strategic goal-planning for our agents with the Growth-TRAC™ program.

Scott is a Corporate Officer for Sunbelt Agency, LLC. and has been with the company for over 40 years. Scott enjoys spending his time with wife, Inna, between Europe and Texas during his 'almost Golden Years'. Scott grew up with this company and has built an enviable organization throughout the years. He ensures that we work as a family in every sense, making certain our agents are our top priority, our legacy!

Darren was in Sacramento, CA when he joined Sunbelt in 1990 and became a manager in 1994. He found himself moving to Texas to open our San Antonio office in 2006. He then moved to Houston to take over the Houston operation in 2016. Darren is married to Traci, is a Navy veteran and enjoys working with people and training new agents.
Darren enjoys skiing in the Alps each year!

Brett is a tennis pro who is ranked in the top ten in his age bracket in Texas. Brett lives in Round Rock, TX with his wife, Debbie. He began his career in March 1996 with Physician's Mutual and over 10 years later he found Sunbelt. He quickly entered into management and now leads the company's Texas I-35 Corridor area from Dallas to the Rio Grande. Brett has been with us for 16 prosperous years so far.

Floyd has been a commercial fisherman in Alaska for 30 years and with us for the past 16 years. Floyd is a Past-President of the Prince Williams Sound Seiners Association and was instrumental in the successful prosecution of the Exxon Valdez lawsuit as a lead litigant for the prosecution. Floyd is married to Wendy and lives in Boise, ID. Floyd handles the Northwest area of OR, WA, ID, UT and WY and cruises the Pacific in his 46' yacht in the summer.

Travis joined Sunbelt as a newly-licensed agent in Fort Worth in 2009 and named the 2009 Rookie of the Year and multiple Agent of the Year awards since. Travis worked his way to management the following year. He and wife, Kat, moved to the Austin TX area in 2017 and manages his team of agents throughout north and central Texas. Travis helps develop agents to be successful and prosperous, loves camping and hiking the Grand Canyon and Colorado mountains.

Nick came to us from Mississippi where he grew up with the sons of an associate agency Senior Regional Manager, so he knew at a young age what rewards our business could provide. Nick was our 2018 Rookie of the Year and quickly rose through the ranks to Branch Manager, now enjoying the lifestyle of his former classmates.
Nick is in the Dallas Metroplex area and is looking forward to training YOU!

In 2008, Rich obtained his license and Dan guided and mentored him to the 2008 Rookie of the Year. In 2010, he took over as Administrator for the company with his years of prior experience as a business owner. Rich lives in Plano with wife Nancy, and ensures all agents are compliant and ready to sell, as well as manage payrolls, etc. Rich is a USAF vet, VFW Post 4380 Commander, 4th Deg K of C, Air Force Association &Past President of Plano Sunrise Rotary. He explains Medicare to seniors in his spare time.
